Stop staring at dashboards.

Unparalysis reads your Google Analytics and Search Console every week and sends you one page: what changed, why it changed, and the three things worth doing next.

Read-only access. Your first brief is ready in about a minute.

Weekly brief, northwind.studioMon 19 Oct, 8:00

Sign-ups are up 18%, but your pricing page is slipping in search.

Search clicks rose to 4,210 on the back of the new comparison guides. Meanwhile /pricing fell from position 4.1 to 6.8 for your most valuable query, which costs roughly 90 clicks a week.

18,402Sessions +9.4%
312Sign-ups +18.2%
4,210Search clicks +12.0%

Do this next

  1. Rewrite the /pricing title and description. It ranks 6.8 for “invoice software for freelancers”, down from 4.1.
  2. Link the comparison guides to sign-up.They brought 1,140 visits and only 9 sign-ups.
  3. Check Thursday’s paid social drop.Sessions fell to 210 against about 640 expected.
An example brief for a fictional studio. Yours arrives by email and in your dashboard.

It reads the reports you never get round to.

Each run compares the period with the one before it, checks every day for anything unusual, and ranks what’s worth your time.

Google Analytics 4

Traffic, engagement and conversions

Headline numbers
Sessions, users, engagement, key events and revenue against the previous period.
Unusual days
Spikes and drops compared with the same weekday, so a quiet Sunday isn’t an alarm.
Channels
Which of organic, paid, social, email and referral moved, and by how much.
Landing pages
Pages gaining or losing visits and conversions, plus new pages that took off.

Google Search Console

How people find you on Google

Clicks and rankings
Clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position, period over period.
Nearly there
Searches where you rank 4th to 20th with real demand, with a rough estimate of the clicks you’re missing.
Weak snippets
Top-three rankings that get far fewer clicks than they should, usually a title or description problem.
Pages competing
Searches where two of your own pages split the traffic and hold each other back.

Set it up once. Read it on Monday.

No tracking code to install. If you can see a site in Google Analytics or Search Console, Unparalysis can read it.

  1. Connect your Google account

One sign-in finds every Analytics property and Search Console site you can access. Unparalysis only asks for read access.

  2. Choose sites and a schedule

Daily, weekly or monthly, in your time zone. Combine a site’s Analytics and Search Console into one brief, and tell it what matters to your business.

  3. Get the brief where you work

It lands in your inbox and dashboard, and can post to any tool that accepts a webhook.

EmailDashboardSlack via webhookZapier and MakeREST API

Then ask it anything.

Follow-up questions are answered from your live data. It runs the queries itself and shows how many it used.

  • Which blog posts bring visitors who actually sign up?
  • Did the site redesign hurt our Google rankings?
  • Why is mobile converting worse than desktop this month?
Why did organic sign-ups jump last week?

Mostly two new comparison guides. /vs/freshbooks and /vs/wave brought 1,140 organic visits between them, and search clicks for “freshbooks alternative” went from 12 to 388.

Organic sign-ups rose from 61 to 79, and 14 of those 18 extra came through the guides. Both pages rank around position 5, so better titles could add more.

4 data queries across Analytics and Search Console

Numbers from Google. Words from AI.

Unparalysis does the maths itself, directly from Google’s data. The AI only explains and prioritises the results, so a figure in your brief is never a guess.

Read-only, always

Unparalysis asks Google for view access only. It can’t change your settings, tracking or Search Console.

Your data stays yours

Google access tokens are stored encrypted, data is never sold, and it’s never used to train AI models. Disconnect at any time.

Bring your own model

Uses Claude by default. Teams can plug in their own key for Anthropic, OpenAI or any compatible provider, including models you host yourself.

Built to plug into everything else.

The same data and briefs are available to your code and your AI tools. One API key covers all of it.

  • MCP serversUse your Analytics and Search Console from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client. Separate servers for each, or one for both.
  • REST APIRun any Analytics or Search Console query, manage schedules, fetch briefs as JSON or Markdown, and ask questions.
  • Signed webhooksGet a POST when a brief is ready, a run fails, or an unusual day turns up. Every request is signed so you can verify it.
  • Workspaces for agenciesConnect several Google accounts and keep each client’s sites, schedules and keys apart.

Questions

What access does Unparalysis need?

Read-only access to Google Analytics and Search Console, granted through Google’s own sign-in screen. It can’t edit anything, and you can revoke access from your Google account at any time.

How fresh is the data?

Google Analytics is complete up to yesterday. Search Console data runs two to three days behind on Google’s side, so search figures in a brief end a few days earlier.

Can the AI get my numbers wrong?

Every figure is calculated by Unparalysis directly from Google’s data before the AI sees it, and the AI is told to use only those figures. If the AI is unavailable, you still get a brief with the numbers and a plain summary.

I run an agency. Can I manage client sites?

Yes. Connect each Google account you use, then set up a separate schedule and recipient list for every client.

Which AI model writes the briefs?

Claude by Anthropic by default. On any workspace you can switch to your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, or any OpenAI-compatible provider such as OpenRouter, Groq or a model you host.

Do I need to install anything on my site?

No. Unparalysis uses the data Google already collects, so there’s no script, plugin or tag to add.
